We do not ship COD    

Shipping
Freight charges will be added to the invoice.
Factory direct shipment.
 

All shipments will be UPS or Fed X unless the weight of a shipment exceeds 200 pounds or a package exceeds the girth & length dimension of 130". Shipments that exceed the size maximums will be shipped common carrier. We will choose the most economical method. Storefixturedepot does not set or control the shipping rates to your locations.

Unless other arrangements have been made all common carrier shipments will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
 

Returns
No merchandise should be returned without a Return Authorization Number. ONLY IF THE BOX IS UNOPENED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. Items which aren't defective and are returned in less then perfect condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. There will be a charge in the event that any merchandise is returned missing it's parts or accessories.
Custom orders are not returnable.

ANY RETURN WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE BOX WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT HIS/HER EXPENSE.


All returns must be in the original factory carton with all accessories and manuals, manufacturer documentation, and blank warranty cards. The serial numbers or UPC codes cannot be removed from the box.                                                                                                      
WE WILL REFUSE ANY RETURN THAT DOES NOT MEET THESE GUIDELINES

 

Damaged Merchandise
Damaged UPS deliveries must be reported to Storefixturedepot immediately to report the damage.

    Shipments that are shipped common carrier and are visibly damaged, please don't except package contact Storefixturedepot so arrangments can be made to to send are short cartons or pieces at the time of delivery, must be noted damaged or short on the delivery receipt. Make sure both copies of the receipt are noted and the driver has signed both. Call the carrier to file a claim for the shortage or damage.

    Shipments that are shipped common carrier and have damage or shortages discovered after delivery must be reported to the carrier immediately.

    Keep all packaging material and product for inspection by the carrier. If we can be of any     assistance please call us. Do not refuse or return goods to us unless directed by us to do     so. The claim must be filed by you but we can assist if you need help.
 

 Backorders
 If we are out of stock, we will backorder the merchandise and ship at a later date unless  you request otherwise.
 

 Pricing
 Storefixturedepot reserves the right to adjust shown prices to compensate for supplier increases or misprints.
 

 Same Day Shipping
 All UPS orders received by 2:00 pm Central Standard Time will be shipped out that same day.

 This does not apply to:
 Custom or Non-stock items, and items temporarily out of stock.

  Orders shipped outside the United States.
